Product Overview

TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) combines elastic properties with thermoplastic processing and is available in a wide range of grades, hardness levels and formulations. Stable TPE extrusion requires controlled feeding, melting, mixing and pressure. PIPLL screw and barrel assemblies are designed to provide consistent melt flow and reliable output for continuous TPE extrusion.

Because TPE grades can differ significantly in viscosity and additive content, screw geometry should be matched to the material rather than selected by diameter alone.
