High-Filling Extrusion Hardware for Stone Plastic Composite
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) is commonly produced from PVC-based formulations with a high level of calcium carbonate or other mineral fillers. These formulations can increase abrasion and make stable conveying, plasticizing and mixing more demanding. PIPLL screw and barrel assemblies are developed for high-filling SPC extrusion, with wear resistance and screw geometry selected according to the actual formulation.
An SPC screw needs to balance feeding, melting, mixing and pressure building. PIPLL can optimize feed geometry, compression and mixing sections for high-filled formulations, helping maintain consistent melt delivery and output.
